In order to guarantee your place full payment must be received before the conference date. If you are unable to attend the conference we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate at any time provided a written request is received. If you have to cancel, we can offer you a refund less 10% administration charge, providing your cancellation is received in writing before 30 September 2011. No refunds can be made after this date, although a substitute delegate is welcome. Non-attendance is subject to full payment. In the unlikely event that a speaker panelist is unable to attend, a replacement speaker panelist will be substituted.
