Zita Zigan is the Head of Global Commercial Vehicle Forecasting at J.D. Power and Associates in Oxford, England. She is responsible for overseeing, developing and enhancing the company’s global truck demand and production forecasts and heads the team that produces J.D. Power’s quarterly in-depth Global Commercial Vehicle Forecast.
She is a contributor to several of the company’s European reports and collaborates with ACT Research, the leading supplier of analysis and forecasts on the North American truck and trailer sectors. Prior to joining J.D. Power’s Automotive Forecasting department, Ms. Zigan worked as an analyst and database developer at LMC International and, before becoming involved with the automotive industry, she was a researcher and tutor at Oxford University.
