Veronica Hurst is responsible for the management of an efficient and transparent global distribution operation. She manages the distribution of up to 10,000 finished Bentley products worldwide per annum and is responsible for an annual shipping budget of up to £6.8 Million. She is also responsible for supplier performance to achieve budget and delivery targets and provides monthly budget performance reports and weekly stock reports to Board members. Veronica produces tender documents and negotiates contracts for all modes of global distribution, i.e. land transport, RoRo sea freight, containerised ocean freight and airfreight. She has developed a reduced but high performing, motivated team working to agreed KPI's and TS16949 standards and consistently delivering business wholesale targets into the regions, on time whilst working with production fluctuations and reduced supply chain capacity.
