Mike has worked for Unipart for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of logistics, inventory management and lean thinking having managed the finance, purchasing and supply, inventory management, continuous improvement and business development functions during his career with Unipart.
Mike was responsible for setting up and managing Unipart Solutions Practice, the consultancy division of Unipart, who provide a wide range of supply chain management and business re-engineering services. Mike now heads up the aftermarket division within Unipart Logistics which is responsible for managing the parts business for a number of key clients, including the global parts business for Jaguar Cars.
He has significant practical experience of managing complex supply chains and supporting organisations in effectively integrating people, process and system strategies to deliver and sustain significant business benefits. Mike is a qualified accountant and also has a 1st class honours degree in Kaizen Engineering from De Montfort University.
