ADMi provides strategic supply chain consulting, network visibility tools, logistics operations management, as well as research and external affairs support, to the Global supply chain base.
Marc's prior experience includes the position of Manager - North American Logistics Strategy & Systems for DaimlerChrysler, responsible for developing long-term strategic initiatives, processes, and policies that protect and improve the parts & materials, and finished vehicle supply chains. Marc was also responsible for North American integration by identifying, analyzing, and transferring Logistics best practices among the DaimlerChrysler North American affiliates, including Mercedes Car Group and Freightliner. Additional responsibilities included overall supply chain systems.
Marc also was the Manager of Vehicle Delivery Process responsible for the operational management of DaimlerChrysler's North American finished vehicle logistics network and the delivery of 2.5 million vehicles per year. Marc has been with the company since August 2000 when he was hired to develop and implement a 3rd party distribution management strategy, resulting in the creation of Insight Network Logistics.
Prior to joining DaimlerChrysler, Marc held a number of management positions with Canadian Pacific Railway, several start-ups, and his own supply chain management consultancy.
Marc attended McGill University in Montreal, QC, and holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. An avid mountain biker, Marc lives with his wife Michele in Detroit, MI.
